Using HSA/FSA Benefits

Coaching services provided by Candice Case Wellness, LLC are educational and lifestyle-based and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Many clients are able to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for wellness coaching when it is considered medically necessary.

Wonder Wellness Coaching focuses on supporting overall health through nutrition, movement, stress management, and lifestyle changes—areas that may qualify for reimbursement depending on your individual plan.

How It Works

  1. Check your plan
    Contact your HSA/FSA provider to confirm eligibility requirements.

  2. Obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
    Your healthcare provider may need to confirm that coaching supports a specific health condition (such as metabolic health, hormonal imbalance, stress-related conditions, or other concerns).

  3. Enroll in coaching
    Choose the program that best fits your needs.

  4. Submit for reimbursement
    You will receive documentation (receipts and service details) to submit to your HSA/FSA provider.
