Hi, I’m Candice.
For most of my life, strength meant pushing harder—training harder, working harder, doing more. Like many women, I believed that if I just kept going, everything would eventually fall into place.
But life has a way of reshaping how we see things.
Over time, personal health challenges, changing priorities, and the natural evolution of life forced me to rethink what strength really means. Strength became less about proving something and more about understanding my body, building supportive community, and creating space for honest conversations about what people are truly navigating.
That shift ultimately shaped the work I do today.
Experience & Background
For almost three decades, I’ve worked in the fitness and wellness space as a coach, trainer, and educator. My background includes certifications as a Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Yoga Instructor, CrossFit Mobility Trainer, and Menopause Coaching Specialist.
What matters most to me isn’t the credentials—it’s helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their health in a way that works with their lives.
My Work Today
Today, my work takes shape through several platforms that all share the same purpose.
Through Wonder Wellness Coaching, I help clients build sustainable health habits that support strength, balance, and long-term wellness.
Through Wonder Promotions & Events, I produce community-driven experiences like Goddess Games®, bringing athletes and communities together through challenge, connection, and shared accomplishment.
As co-host of the podcast Girl, You Ain’t Crazy, I explore the honest conversations many women are quietly having about identity shifts, evolving priorities, and the changes that come with different seasons of life.
While much of my work is inspired by the experiences women navigate as life evolves, the communities and conversations we build are open to anyone who believes in strength, growth, and supporting one another.
Personal Journey
My perspective on health isn’t only professional—it’s personal.
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I had to rethink how I approached nutrition, movement, and stress. Through lifestyle changes, I’ve learned how to manage my health in ways that allow me to continue doing the things I love.
The experience deepened my understanding of how complex women’s health can be and strengthened my belief that thriving should be possible in every season of life - not just when everything feels easy.
Beyond The Work
Outside of my work, I’m a proud mom to two grown sons who have shaped much of who I am today. Navigating the challenges of co-parenting while rebuilding my career and life taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of creating a life that reflects what truly matters.
These days, I continue to pursue joy and adventure in ways that support balance and longevity. Whether it’s training, spending time outdoors, hosting events, or sitting behind a podcast microphone, I’m constantly exploring new ways to grow and create meaningful experiences.
More than anything, this season of life has been about building a life that feels aligned—one where strength, curiosity, and community continue to lead the way.
Because change isn’t something to fear.
It’s something to step into.
